Triagem typically consists of lifestyle/history questions combined with blood tests.

• Donor Disclosure: Ask about the donor’s health, lifestyle, and habits.
• Blood Screen:
  • HIV I e II
  • HBV (Antígeno da hepatite B & Anticorpos -se vacinado, fornecer registro)
  • HCV (Hepatite C)
  • HTLV I e II
  • Sífilis

Triagens adicionais a serem consideradas:

• tb (Tuberculose - uma vez, a menos que exposto, ou sintomático)
• CMV (Cytomegalovirus –IgG and IgM– especially if milk may be fed to a premature baby)
• WNV (Vírus do Nilo Ocidental – IgA e IgM)
